According to the current legal status, the FSS fee shall be paid to the Breeder within the following period:
– for varieties protected on PL level (Attachments no. 1 and 2): 30 days from the date of sowing
– for varieties protected on EU level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year when the sowing took place

THE WHOLE YEAR 2023 form
If in autumn 2023 you took advantage of the agricultural exemption, i.e. sowed farm-aved seed of varieties protected by the exclusive right, we would like to remind you of the statutory obligation to pay the FSS fee to the Breeder.
To help you settle your FSS settlements, we have prepared the appropriate AGNAS form and current lists of varieties (Annexes 1-4). These documents can be found on our website. Since this form has season selection fields, it can also be used to settle the entire year of 2023.
If you prefer to settle online using our online platform Agn@S, we would like to inform you that it is currently unavailable due to technical works. We invite you to try the new, refreshed version of the Agn@s platform from November 7, 2023.
