Infringements of the exclusive right

offering or selling for sowing the material of a variety protected with PVR without a written license from the breeder;
sowing non-certified seed of a variety protected with PVR, purchased e.g. on a marketplace or ads website, or exchanged with a neighbour;
sowing purchased feed material, consumer material or other not intended for sowing;
sowing the harvested material of a hybrid variety (F1) or a synthetic variety;
sowing the harvested material of a variety protected with PVR, that belongs to the species not allowed by law to sow as FSS (check the list of allowed species);
sowing the harvested material of a variety protected with PVR without paying FSS fee to the breeder.
