According to the current legal status, the FSS fee shall be paid to the Breeder within the following period:
– for varieties protected on PL level (Attachments no. 1 and 2): 30 days from the date of sowing
– for varieties protected on EU level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year when the sowing took place

THE WHOLE YEAR 2022 form
For those of you who took advantage of the agricultural exemption in autumn 2022, i.e. sowed farm-saved seed of varieties protected with PBR, we have prepared an updated AGNAS form and lists of varieties (Annexes 1-4), helpful in making FSS settlements with the Breeder. These documents can now be downloaded from our website.
We also invite you to settle online using our Agn@S online platform. To receive the login and password for the first login to the Agn@S platform, simply complete the request for account creation and send it to us by e-mail (platform@agnas.pl) or by post.
