According to the current legal status, the FSS fee shall be paid to the Breeder within the following period:
– for varieties protected on PL level (Attachments no. 1 and 2): 30 days from the date of sowing
– for varieties protected on EU level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year when the sowing took place

THE WHOLE YEAR 2020 form
As usual, at this time, we would like to remind you of the obligation of the fees for sowing FSS of the varieties protected by PBR. For your convenience, we have prepared a simplified AGNAS form and updated variety lists (Attachments no. 1-4), available on our website (Polish language version only).
The form contains the fields for selecting the season, so it can also be used to settle for this year’s spring FSS sowing or submit information for the whole year 2020 in one form.
We also invite you to try our online Agn@S platform, which allows you to provide information about the use of FSS entirely in electronic form, with the e-invoice available to download in a pdf file.
To receive the login and password for the first login to the Agn@S platform, please complete the request for account creation on Agn@s platform and send it to us by e-mail (platform@agnas.pl) or by traditional mail.
