According to the current legal status, the FSS fee shall be paid to the Breeder within the following period:
– for varieties protected on PL level (Attachments no. 1 and 2): 30 days from the date of sowing
– for varieties protected on EU level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year when the sowing took place

THE WHOLE YEAR 2025 form
As always, we remind you of the obligation to pay the agricultural exemption fee, which is the fee for sowing farm-saved seed of varieties protected by the exclusive right.
We have prepared a convenient AGNAS form and updated lists of varieties (Appendices 1-4) on our website. The form allows you to select the appropriate season, allowing you to not only submit information about autumn sowing in 2025 but also complete your spring season settlement.
We also encourage you to use the online settlement option via the platform Agn@S. If you do not yet have an account on our platform, simply use the “Get access” button on the login page.
