According to the current legal status, the FSS fee shall be paid to the Breeder within the following period:
– for varieties protected on PL level (Attachments no. 1 and 2): 30 days from the date of sowing
– for varieties protected on EU level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year when the sowing took place

THE WHOLE YEAR 2024 form
As every year at this time, we remind you of the statutory obligation to pay the fee for sowing farm-saved seed of varieties protected by the exclusive right, i.e. for the so-called agricultural exemption.
To facilitate FSS settlement, we have made the AGNAS form and updated lists of varieties (Appendices 1-4) available on our website. This form has season selection fields, so you can use it not only to provide information for autumn 2024, but also for spring or the entire calendar year.
We also remind you about the possibility of online FSS settlement, via our online platform Agn@S. If you do not have an account on the Agn@s platform, just click the “Get access” button on the platform’s login page.
