We would like to remind those of you who used for sowing farm-saved seeds of varieties protected by the exclusive right from your own harvest during the spring 2026 royalty rate for each kilogram of material used. We have made the AGNAS form and current variety lists (Attachments no. 1-4) available on our website to assist you with your settlement.

We also encourage you to use the platform Agn@s, through which you can complete the entire FSS settlement online – without the need to complete paper documents. You will also be able to download a VAT invoice visualization from your user account on the platform.

You will gain access to the platform Agn@s after completing the registration form.

In accordance with applicable national and community regulations, the remuneration for using farm-saved seed shall be paid within following periods:
– for the varieties protected on national level in PL (Attachments no. 1 and 2): within 30 days from the date of sowing
– for the varieties protected on the Community level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year in which sowing of the harvested seed took place
