In accordance with applicable national and community regulations, the remuneration for using farm-saved seed shall be paid within following periods:
– for the varieties protected on national level in PL (Attachments no. 1 and 2): within 30 days from the date of sowing

SPRING 2025 form
If in the spring of 2025 you used seeds or seed potatoes from your own harvest of PBR protected varieties for re-propagation, we would like to remind you of the statutory obligation to settle the agricultural exemption with the Breeder. The FSS fee is equal to 50% of the royalty rate for each kilogram of sown material from the harvest. We have already made the AGNAS auxiliary form and the current lists of varieties (Appendices 1-4) available on our website.
We also invite you to try out our online platform Agn@s. It allows you to make settlements completely online, without having to fill out paper forms, and then download the invoice for the agricultural exemption as a PDF file.
