In accordance with applicable national and community regulations, the remuneration for using farm-saved seed shall be paid within following periods:
– for the varieties protected on national level in PL (Attachments no. 1 and 2): within 30 days from the date of sowing

SPRING 2024 form
For those of you who took advantage of the agricultural exemption in spring 2024, we have prepared an auxiliary AGNAS form and current lists of varieties (Attachments no. 1-4). They are available for download on our website.
We also invite you to make settlement on-line via our platform Agn@s. If you do not have an account on the Agn@s platform, simply click the “Get access” button on the platform’s home page. After completing the registration form, you will receive your first login details by e-mail.
We would like to remind you that the statutory obligation to pay FSS fees to the Breeder covers farmers who:
- owe at least 10 ha of agricultural land, and
- used for sowing farm-saved seed of varieties protected by the exclusive right.
The FSS fee to the Breeder equals 50% of the royalty rate for each kilogram of farm-saved seed used for sowing.
– for the varieties protected on the Community level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year in which sowing of the harvested seed took place
