We are pleased to announce that Strube Polska sp. z o.o. has joined the group of Breeders represented by our organization.

This cooperation includes activities related to monitoring the legal use of varieties protected by the exclusive right and mediating settlements for agricultural exemption between farmers and Strube Polska sp. z o.o.

Protecting Breeders’ rights is crucial for the further development of plant breeding and the implementation of innovative solutions in agriculture. The process of creating new varieties is multi-year and requires significant investment, therefore an effective system for PBR protecting remains the foundation of biological progress.

We are pleased to establish this cooperation and welcome Strube Polska sp. z o.o. to the group of Breeders we represent.
