Please be reminded that farmers shall use for sowing only purchased certified seed or seed potato. It is also allowed to use harvested material of a protected company, keeping in mind that there is the obligation to pay FSS fee to the breeder.

Sowing non-certified seed, purchased e.g. from an announcer on ads website, on a marketplace, or exchanged with a neighbour infringes the exclusive right and shall be subject to the sanctions.

Using for sowing feed material, consumer material or other not intended for sowing infringes the exclusive right as well.
