In accordance with applicable national and community regulations, the remuneration for using farm-saved seed shall be paid within following periods:
– for the varieties protected on national level in PL (Attachments no. 1 and 2): within 30 days from the date of sowing

SPRING 2023 form
If in the spring season of 2023 you used for sowing farm-saved seed of varieties protected with the exclusive right and you own at least 10 hectares of agricultural land, your statutory obligation is to settle accounts with the breeder for the agricultural exemption. The FSS fee to the breeder equals 50% of the royalty for each kilogram of seeds or seed potatoes harvested. The auxiliary AGNAS form and the current lists of varieties (Attachments 1-4) are available on our website.
We would like to remind you about the possibility of on-line settlement, without the paper form, via our Agn@s platform. If you do not have an account on the Agn@s platform, just fill out an application to create one and then send it to us by e-mail (platform@agnas.pl) or by post.
– for the varieties protected on the Community level (Attachments no. 3 and 4): immediately, but no later than 30 June of the marketing year in which sowing of the harvested seed took place
