We have started sending requests for information on the use of the agricultural exemption (FSS) in the 2021-2022 marketing year.
Do not delay your FSS fee!
Sowing farm-saved seed of a PBR protected variety without paying the FSS fee is an infringement of the exclusive right and results in compensation.
